What qualifications do partners need?
It depends on the model. Cell supply partners must be licensed medical institutions with registered physicians responsible for therapy; product partners must be legally registered beauty or wellness businesses; regional agents need relevant industry channels locally and must follow local regulations.
Is there a minimum order or franchise fee?
Terms depend on partnership model, region and scale. We provide a concrete proposal after the initial discussion.
Do regional agents get territory protection?
Territory arrangements are discussed based on local market conditions and written into the partnership agreement.
Do you provide training after signing?
Yes. All partners receive product and ingredient training; cell supply and lab setup partners also get professional support from our medical team and scientists.
Can we partner across borders?
Yes. We currently serve Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and China. Cross-border cooperation must comply with local regulations, which we explain during discussions.
